Rushi's passion for AI and languages led him to found Bola AI in 2017. Previously he held research positions at MIT working on projects in natural language processing and AI for the department of defense and the FDA.

Rushi has worked in the software industry for over 10 years on AI projects varying from marketing tech to coding tools. He enjoys hard technical problems, including publishing papers on solid-state and nanotechnology. He holds a BS and MS in Computer Engineering from Boston University.

CJ has been building software for 13 years. After working in banking for several years, CJ was an early employee at multiple successful SaaS companies including Instructure (EdTech), Divvy and Bill (FinTech), and Jasper AI (Marketing AI). CJ has worked on various platforms such as mobile apps (iOS and Android), web apps, browser extensions, and desktop apps throughout his career. He also has several certifications in product and project management including a PMP (PMI), a Certified Scrum Owner (Scrum Alliance), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance), a SAFe Agilist, and a PM Fundamentals certificate from the University of Utah.

CJ has been actively working with and researching Artificial Intelligence for over 3 years and has software development experience with generative text, image, and speech-to-text AI technologies. In 2023, he had the opportunity to meet with the Governor of the State of Utah, Spencer Cox, in an AI roundtable to discuss the current state and future of artificial intelligence in the United States.

He has been at Bola since 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Product for New Markets, spearheading the Clinical Notes project in 2024.

Pari has been building software for 12 years. He is a BITS Pilani and UIUC alumnus. He worked as an Automation and DevOps Engineer at Netapp for four years before working as a PM at Zerto where he managed analytics, licensing and billing initiatives.

At Bola, Pari joined when Bola had <10 users and has scaled the product and engineering teams while building out Bola’s integrations through its channel partners. He also has a product certificate from Pragmatic Marketing (Level IV).

Pari is passionate about technology and impact of AI on healthcare, and believes that AI’s impact on healthcare will be one of the most effective transformations of this decade.

He has been at Bola since 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Product, spearheading the restorative charting project in 2024.

Augusto has been immersed in the world of coding since he was 11 years old. As the founding engineer at Bola, he continues to push the boundaries of technology. Prior to joining Bola, he accumulated a diverse range of experiences working with various startups and exploring many different technologies. He has also been actively involved in open-source projects. He has an extensive background in voice AI technology, where he has over eight years of experience.

Martha brings over 11 years of expertise in the dynamic realms of technology and SaaS. With a career steeped in customer-centric roles, Martha's journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.

Her journey in the tech industry began at Yelp, where she held a multitude of different customer-facing and leadership roles allowing her to master the art of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, setting the stage for her future leadership roles.

Driven by her commitment to client success and fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit, Martha transitioned to a high-growth SaaS company, Sendoso. Starting as a Customer Success Manager, Martha played a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving platform adoption. Her strategic insights and dedication led her to take charge of the onboarding team, where she streamlined processes and maximized customer value from day one.

Now, as the VP of Customer Success at Bola AI, Martha leads our Customer Success department with a focus on fostering lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and empowering our clients to achieve their goals. With Martha's strategic vision and unwavering dedication, we are committed to delivering unparalleled support and value to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction every step of the way.

Tina has been a registered dental hygienist for 18 years. She works at Bola.ai as Head of Clinical Affairs. She is passionate about patient care and patient education. She graduated Cum Laude from Mount Ida College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She lives outside of Boston with her husband, adult children, and the love of her life, Myles, a very active Cavachon puppy.

Rob is the Chief Revenue Officer at BOLA AI. He is responsible for all global
sales, marketing, and partner revenue. For the past 20 years, he has
successfully built sales teams, marketing programs and partner alliances
in the healthcare IT space ranging from large multi-national companies to
smaller innovative startups.

Prior to BOLA, Rob held senior executive roles at SPHER, Infor Healthcare
Solutions, Aventura, AGFA Healthcare, and Merge Technologies. Rob is
originally from Los Angeles and attended UCLA where he earned a BA in
Business and Economics.

Dr. Peter Wilson attended the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He went on to attend Boston University, earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. While attending Boston University Dr. Wilson helped found and advise multiple dental focused startups. His passion for dentistry and technology shows as he help bridge the gap between the clinic and the technology industry trying to improve patient care. Dr. Wilson works closely with Bola helping them improve each product so it works flawlessly in a clinical setting. Originally from Akron, OH, Dr. Wilson now permanently resides in Dover, NH where he enjoys the New England outdoors. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and continues to expand his dental education. When he’s not in the office or advising, he takes full advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer. He can be found on the slopes in the Winter and at the beach in the Summer.

Dr. Wu received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Wu further continued in Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at UCLA which included advanced training in implants, veneers, and full mouth reconstructions.

Dr. Wu has lectured in multiple courses at the Yankee Dental, Texas Dental Conference, and Ontario Dental Association since 2008.

Dr. Wu was in an article featured in June 2019 Dentaltown Magazine on an “Own the Business side of Dentistry”

and he completed Henry Schein’s Dental Business Institute

Dr. Wu is the clinical director of Onsite dental care providing mobile dentistry to the assisted living communities across New England and currently owns and operates Emerson Dental, a Multi-Specialty practice in 2 locations Westford, MA and Bedford, MA.

He has embraced digital technology having integrated both Sirona CBCT and CEREC Primescan, and companies Pearl AI, Bola AI and Method to improve the outcomes through technology

His practice has a strong focus on the patient experience, and has won Reader Choice Awards, Angie Super Service Awards, and hundreds 5 star google reviews.

Allen has been a professional software developer since 1981 (over 40 years) and a Revenue pioneer (over 30 years). He is the co-owner and creator of Lighthouse 360, a dental practice management app that has thousands of offices using it around the world.

Allen also built a startup dental communications company from 3 employees to over 50 employees before eventually selling it 10 years ago to Schein One.

With his experience and business acumen, Allen also helped build a very successful dental professional networking tool now totalling over 17,000 clinicians called Dental Practice Matchmaker.
